Summit Hill man charged with DUI
James Gurka, 30, of Summit Hill has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as speeding in a residential district.
At 7:01 p.m. on April 22, Mahoning Township Police stopped Gurka for speeding on Ashtown Drive. He had been driving at 47 mph in a 25 mph zone.
The DUIs are misdemeanors, while the speeding charge is a summary offense.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 21.
