Grieving parent support group to meet Dec. 20

Due to Tuesday's inclement weather, which kept many from attending the regular meeting of The Compassionate Friends, the group will meet at 7 p.m. Dec. 20.

During that meeting, members will make a simple, but meaningful holiday memento.

The Compassionate Friends is an ongoing support group for parents, grandparents and adult siblings grieving the loss of a child, grandchild or sibling.

The group typically meets on the first Tuesday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Palmerton Community Ambulance Building, 501 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.
