Marijuana found under seat in car

McAdoo police report the arrest of Thomas O'Hazzo, 19, of McAdoo, on drug possession charges.

Police said they found five plastic bags of marijuana, three lighters and a glass pipe with marijuana residue in it, under the seat of a vehicle they stopped at 7:22 p.m. Dec. 4 on South Kennedy Drive in the borough.

Police said O'Hazzo was driving the vehicle, originally stopped for an equipment violation. Police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.

A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in police finding the drugs and paraphernalia under the passenger's seat.
