Schuylkill man cited for conduct
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred at 3:10 p.m. Sunday in Blythe Township.
State police at Frackville said troopers responded to the 100 block of Furnace Road for a disturbance. On scene said they found Joseph R. Gibas, 46, of New Philadelphia, causing the disturbance. He was cited.
