Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 3476 Stateview Boulevard, Fort Mill, South Carolina, filed against Joseph D. Breiner, 350 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, over property at that address. Sought is $108,251.68 and continuing interest.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust, c/o 1661 Worthington Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, filed against Anthony C. and Stella Mary Surowitz, 12 Seneca Trail, Indian Mountain Lakes, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $210,957.29 and continuing interest.

Credit defaults
The following actions were filed by Midland Funding, San Diego, California, alleging the four defendants named have defaulted on credit card/loan accounts.
Defendants named and amounts sought included: John Krynock, 15 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, seeking $1,274.16; Joseph Smith, 109 Deer View Drive, Jim Thorpe, seeking $896; John Marchione, 915 Center St., Jim Thorpe, seeking $1,114.44; and Karen Smith, 138 E. McMurtie St., Summit Hill, seeking $1,634.66.
Auto agreement
AmeriCredit Financial, 810 Cherry St., Fort Worth, Texas, filed an action against Colleen D. and Stephen J. Wentz, 745 E. Patterson St., Lansford, alleging they defaulted on a motor vehicle sales contract. Sought is $11,312.93 plus interest costs and fees.
Bill owed
Canusa Hershman Recycling, 45 Northeast Industrial Road, Brandford, Connecticut, filed an action against Plastic World Recycling Inc., 700 Lehigh St., Palmerton. The suit states the plaintiff sold the defendant certain goods at prices indicated in the suit. A bill for those goods is owed, the suit claims. Sought is $25,489.20 in count one; and $18,120.60 in count two.
Accident suit
Sherry K. McHugh, 417 Center St., Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Andrette L. Haupt, 323 North St., Jim Thorpe, over an automobile accident.
The suit states on Jan. 30, 2014, McHugh was operating a Grumman LLV mail truck on Route 209 from Nesquehoning to Lansford, in Nesquehoning, when she slowed down for road work. Her vehicle was rear-ended by a Dodge Stratus driven by Haupt, causing damages and injuries detailed in the suit.
Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
Pole damaged
PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, 2 N. Ninth St., Allentown, filed a civil action against Kelliann M. Bassetti Sr., aka Kelli M. Bassetti and Kelly M. Bassetti.
The suit states on Nov. 30, 2014, the defendant was operating a vehicle that damaged a utility pole and attached equipment owned by the plaintiff and located in the area of 450 Maury Road in Penn Forest Township.
Sought are damages of $10.409.38 plus interest, costs and fees.
