Homebuying seminar

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is reaching out to the community by holding a seminar on "First Time Home Buying" at 6:30 p.m. March 15 at the Bethlehem Branch, located at 257 Brodhead Road.

The seminar will be presented by George Haik, mortgage loan specialist at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union. The seminar will focus on such topics as: FHA Lending Options, Advantages of Owning a Home, Steps to Home Ownership, Reviewing a Sales Contract and the Loan Closing.

The seminar is being offered for free, but advanced registration is required due to limited seating availability. Interested individuals can register by calling 610-821-2400, ext. 6777, or by emailing mktgdept@firstcomcu.org.
