Lehighton man is victim of theft
A 43-year-old Lehighton man is the victim of an identity theft incident that is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.
Police said the incident happened between Jan. 1 and 25 when someone used the local man's identity to open a Kohl's charge and AT&T mobile account at the Kohl's and Target stores in Huntington Beach, California.
