Man cited over run-down property
A New Jersey man has been cited by McAdoo Police after he allowed a property he owns to become so derelict it must be demolished.
Antonio Suriel, 56, owns a property at 144-146 rear E. Grant St. The house is in a state of disrepair, to the point where officials issued Suriel an emergency demolition order on Aug. 5, 2013. To date, Suriel has not demolished the property, nor made any efforts to make repairs.
He has been cited for owning a public nuisance.
