Shawnee Playhouse auditions coming up

Auditions are scheduled for adults and children for the Shawnee Playhouse 2016 summer season.

Auditions for adults (18 and over) and children (7-17) will be held at the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort from 1 to 4 p.m. April 10 and at the Shawnee Playhouse from 5 to 8 p.m. April 12.

Come prepared with a song, at least 16 bars, of your choice.

There will be no accompanist.

You can either sing a cappella or with a CD. A CD player will be provided. The CD must be music only - no vocals. The song does not have to be from the show you are auditioning for.

Adults should provide a head shot and resume. Children should provide both if they have them.
