Carbon woman cited for theft in Lehigh
A Carbon County woman has been cited for retail theft following an incident in Lehigh County.
State police at Fogelsville said Tammy Heiserman, 39, of Lehighton, was arrested on Feb. 14 about 5:19 p.m. at the Walmart store in Lower Macungie Township. Troopers said Heiserman attempted to wheel a shopping cart with $666.43 worth of merchandise out of the store without paying for it.
