Woman cited for trespassing

Tamaqua police have cited Shannon H. Fredericks, 35, of 302 W. Spruce St., Tamaqua, after she entered the Family Dollar Store, 125 Center St., on Feb. 24.

Fredericks, who has been banned from all Schuylkill and Carbon county Family Dollar stores due to numerous retail thefts, entered the store after noon. When approached by an employee who told her she was trespassing, she denied being Fredericks.

She was cited for defiant trespass after police reviewed video surveillance and positively identified her.
