Schuylkill driver facing DUI count
A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 3:03 a.m. on New Year's Day.
State police at Frackville said troopers observed a disabled 1995 Dodge Ram truck in the area of 1209 Valley Road in Cass Township. The driver was identified as Bryan Keith Yoder, 40, of Ashland. He was found to be under the influence and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center, South Jackson Street, Pottsville, for a blood test.
The DUI charge is pending the test results, troopers added.
