Rush woman charged with drunken driving

Rush Township police have cited Daisy Wagner, 41, of Trenton, after receiving the results of blood tests taken Dec. 16.

Wagner was stopped on Mahanoy Avenue at 10:05 a.m. for traffic violations. She was smoking marijuana while she was driving and was transported to the hospital for blood tests.

The results indicate she did have marijuana in her system. She was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance as well as the traffic violations.
