Police: Man hit person, spit at paramedic

A Summit Hill man was charged after he spit on a paramedic and fought with people trying to help him after he was found incoherent on the street.

According to Summit Hill police, Jeffrey Tee, 26, of 3 N. Market St., Apt. 3, was found by people on Dec. 23, to be incoherent in the area of Market and Ludlow streets.

When police responded, they found people on the scene who tried to talk to Tee, who then became combative and hit a person, as well as spit at paramedics who were trying to assist him.

He was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
