Harassment charge for Summit Hill man
A Summit Hill man was charged with harassment following a confrontation in the borough.
According to Summit Hill police, at 5:39 p.m. on Dec. 20, police received a complaint from someone who said they had been threatened by Joseph Kosalko Jr., 36, whose last known address is 325 W. White St.
Police confronted Kosalko about the matter and charges were filed.
