McAdoo man cited for making threats

A McAdoo man has been cited for threatening his neighbor on New Year's Eve.

Officers were dispatched to 7 S. Madison St. at 10:20 p.m. after Robert Kondash parked outside his neighbor's home. Yelling, he threatened, "Wait until I ain't drunk." He then fled in his car.

The neighbor said Kondash has been harassing him due to a marital dispute and divorce action. Kondash's wife has been staying at the neighbor's house during the dispute.

About a half-hour later, Kondash returned to the scene. This time he went on to the property, trying to start a fight. When police were notified, he ran into his house at 3 S. Madison St.

He then refused to answer when police attempted to contact him, earning him citations for simple trespass and disorderly conduct.
