Man cited for sending text messages

A Schuylkill County man was cited for sending threatening text messages to another man.

State police at Frackville said Scott Green Jr., 19, of Girardville, was charged with harassment for sending the threatening messages to a Girardville resident. The incident was reported at 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
