Argument turns physical
Two people were cited for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after a verbal argument turned physical.
The incident happened at 9:56 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Molasses Valley Road, Kunkletown.
Police said Jessica Lee Krum, 25, of Saylorsburg, and Matthew Lee Frantz, 34, of Kunkletown, were issued the citations.
