Drive-by shooting reported in Monroe

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported they are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred early Monday morning in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County.

Police were called to 8051 Possum Court in the A Pocono Country Place development for a reported shooting. The investigation revealed evidence and damage to the residence consistent with a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred about 3 a.m. Interviews at the scene reported a car was heard leaving the cul-de-sac area around the time of the shooting. No one was injured in the incident.
