Burglary, theft incidents investigated
State police at Lehighton reported investigating a burglary in Monroe County and a theft incident in Carbon County.
The break-in occurred in the 200 block ofAnchorage Road in Ross Township.A man reported his home was entered sometime between 2 and 4 p.m. on Monday and a laptop was taken.
An 18-year-old man from New High Park, New York, reported is iPhone 6s was taken while he was at the Blue Mountain Ski Area in Towamensing Township. The incident was reported at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
In a criminal mischief incident,a resident in the 100 block of New Smith Drive, Kunkletown, Polk Township, reported someone sprayed the outer screen of her front door with orange paint. The incident occurred sometime between 8:45 a.m. and 11:35 p.m. on Jan. 13.
