Local author releases thriller on audiobook

Local author Jeff Davis (writing as J.L. Davis) is slated for an audiobook release early next week.

“The 7th Jackal,” Davis’ third book, is a supernatural thriller set in Jim Thorpe.

When a woman is found murdered and a local boy vanishes without a trace, Keenan Braddock, a clairvoyant haunted by visions of an elusive killer, sets out with his friends to find the missing boy. Together they confront an unstoppable enemy and uncover a secret buried deep within their pasts.

Narrated by J. Scott Bennett, the audio version of “The 7th Jackal” will be available on iTunes, Audible and Amazon.

Davis will be signing books and answering questions at Penn State Scranton on Feb. 22.
