Vehicle slides on ice, hits pole
No one was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 5:44 a.m. Jan. 11 on Route 895 in East Penn Township.
State police at the Lehighton barracks said Justin R. Tisi, 27, of Andreas, was driving a 1995 Dodge Avenger eastbound when the vehicle slid on ice on the roadway, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. It went off the road and struck a utility pole.
