Celebrating 94 years

Agnes Limberg, a resident at Heritage Hill Senior Community in Weatherly, is celebrating her 94th birthday.

Born in Easton on Jan. 22, 1922, Agnes was married to Laird Limberg for 32 years until his death in 1972.

Agnes has eight children: Michael Limberg, Hazleton; Dorothy Moser, Wayne; Karen Wright, Neshanic Station, New Jersey; Mary Thompson, New Tripoli; Patricia Limberg, Colleyville, Texas; Diane Piparata, Easton; Laird Limberg, San Diego, California; and Jeffrey Limberg, Mesa, Arizona.

She has 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Agnes worked for Pomeroy's Department Store and Binney & Smith Crayola Factory, both in Easton.

Her hobbies include crossword puzzles and traveling. She has visited Aruba, Alaska, Germany, Italy, Hawaii and Mexico.

Agnes is a member of St. Jane Frances De Chantel in Palmer Township.
