Kim Marie Christie and James Edmund Gillen were married on Oct. 24, 2015, at Tobyhanna United Methodist Church in Tobyhanna.
The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Deborah McLean of the Salem United Methodist Church in Palmerton.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Yvonne Christie of Tobyhanna. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and Widener University School of Law, where she obtained her juris doctorate.
She is currently employed at Strubinger Law Offices in Palmerton.
The bridegroom is the son of Michael and Carole Gillen of Albrightsville. He is a graduate of Suffolk Community and is currently attending Lehigh Carbon Community College with plans on becoming a physical therapy assistant.
The reception took place at The Shawnee Inn at Shawnee on Delaware. The bridal party consisted of the couple's family and closest friends.
They honeymooned in Niagara Falls and New England.
The newlyweds currently reside in Palmerton.
