Tamaqua man cited for violating Megan's Law

A Tamaqua man was arrested late last week and charged with violating the conditions of Megan's Law concerning registration.

State police at Frackville said Edward Samual Johnson, 58, was taken into custody on Thursday on a charge of failure to comply with required registration as per Megan's Law as a sexual offender. Johnson is currently an inmate in the county prison in Pottsville.
