Scranton man faces charges in Rush Twp.

Rush Township Police are preparing to file charges against Anthony Plotin, 30, of Scranton, after an incident at the Hometown Farmer's Market on June 15.

Plotin will be charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The incident happened at 8:55 a.m.
