Woman loses $3,159 in phone scam
State police at the Lehighton barracks reported a 66-year-old Saylorsburg woman had $3,159 stolen from her in a telephone scam incident.
The incident happened at a residence on Pennell Road, Saylorsburg, and was reported at 3:40 p.m. June 28. No other information was released on the incident by police.
