Man cited for scattering rubbish

Schuylkill Township police have cited Bernard Heller of Mary D after a witness saw the man scattering rubbish in the township. The incident was reported at 6:45 p.m. June 16.

The witness saw Heller toss two small bags from the window of his vehicle as he was driving in the area of Route 209 and the Mary D intersection. He was able to provide police with a license plate number and positively identify the driver.

Heller was cited for scattering rubbish.
