Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 101 N. Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, South Dakota filed against Gary J. and Karen D. Mallets, 9 S. Chestnut St., Tresckow, over property at that address. Sought is $57,198.27 and continuing interest.

Wells Fargo Bank filed against Cecile Swolensky, Box 289, Bowmanstown, over property at 625 Pine St., Bowmanstown. Sought is $149,484.83 and continuing interest.

Credit defaults

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Midland Funding, Philadelphia, filed two actions as follows: Dona Monks, 296 W. Snyder Ave., Lansford, seeking $918.56; and Keith Semmel, 381 S. Third St., Apt. 1, Lehighton, seeking $983.29.

Bank of America, Newark, Delaware, filed against Michele L. Heydt, 658 Columbia Ave., Palmerton, seeking $10,030.59.

Portfolio Recovery Associates, Norfolk, Virginia, filed against Matthew R. Konklin, 221 Lake Road, Saylorsburg, seeking $1,186.20.

Discover Bank, Pittsburgh, filed four actions as follows: Suzanne M. Ebbert, 895 Oak St., Palmerton, seeking $13,568.86; Michelle L. Heydt, 730 Lincoln Ave., Bowmanstown, seeking $2,044.73; Randy L. Henning, 64 Main Road, Lehighton, seeking $8,113.87; and Rosa Suarez, 54 Broad St., Beaver Meadows, seeking $1,378.19.

World's Foremost Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, filed against Gary Drumbore, 556 Fairyland Road, Lehighton, seeking $9,822.92.

Auto crash suit

Robert J. Nevenglosky, 241 Stock St., Nesquehoning, filed suit for damages against Karis Patrice Chin-Quee, 49 W. Broadway, Jim Thorpe, as the result of an automobile accident.

The suit states on July 28, 2014, while westbound on Route 54 in Nesquehoning, a vehicle operated by Nevenglosky was struck by a vehicle driven by Chin-Quee, causing damages to his vehicle and injuries to the plaintiff which are detailed in the suit. Negligence is alleged and sought are damages of $3,000 for the vehicle and in excess of $50,000 for the injuries sustained.

Auto loan default

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, 257 Brodhead Road, Bethlehem, filed a civil complaint against Herbert H. Wuchter, 755 Lime St., Palmerton, alleging he defaulted on a motor vehicle installment sale contract. Sought is $3,182.09 plus interest, costs and fees.
