Palmerton Police Log

Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Defrauding creditors: Jessica Schafer, 37, of Palmerton, was cited for defrauding secured creditors. The incident occurred on May 6 in the unit block of Lehigh Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Morgan Oncay, 24, of Walnutport, has been cited for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, persistent disorderly conduct, and harassment. The incident occurred June 26 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Defiant trespass: Brittany Keiffer, 20, of Palmerton, was cited for defiant trespass. The violation occurred on June 28 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Public drunkenness: Troy DuBois, 45, of Palmerton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on June 29 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Erik Boehm, 37, of Palmerton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on July 1 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Junked vehicles: Russell DeAngelo, 60, of Allentown, was cited for junked vehicles. The violation occurred on June 28 in the 700 block of West Edgemont Avenue.

Other: Police also issued 23 citations for vehicle violations; 23 for speeding; eight citations for speeding; five for maximum gross weight and four for traffic violations.
