Maryland woman charged
State police at the Lehighton barracks cited Kimberly Marquez, 47, of Sparks, Maryland, with harassment, after an incident at 3:39 p.m. July 21 onHTY Road in Kresgeville, Polk Township.
Police saidshe struck a 45-year-old Polk Township man during an altercation.
