Woman charged over drug paraphernalia
Coaldale Police have filed charges against Danielle Ann Dolly, 19, of Northampton from an incident on March 31.
Police received a complaint about suspicious activity involving a brown Kia parked at the intersection of Fifth and High Streets at 9:20 a.m. When officers arrived, the male driver fled on foot, running west on High Street. The female occupant was identified as Dolly, who was attempting to shove something into her pocket.
She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
