Man faces drug charges in Summit Hill

A suspicious person was arrested after police found him sitting in his vehicle with drug paraphernalia.

Summit Hill police arrested Timothy O'Brien, last address of Carbon County Correctional Facility, just after 5:30 p.m. on May 10 after police received a report of a person sitting in his vehicle in the 100 block of West Hazard Street.

Officers found O'Brien and numerous drug related items in his vehicle.

He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to the prison.
