Man cited for creating disturbance
A Summit Hill man was cited after he created a disturbance.
Summit Hill police cited Christopher Serrano, 34, of 120 E. White St., with disorderly conduct after police received reports of him making loud noises at 11 p.m. on May 23. The noise was disturbing neighbors.
