Two charged with disorderly conduct
Two men were charged with having drugs on them after an incident occurred in Summit Hill.
Borough police charged Ryan Gimbi, 23, of 310 E. Grant St., McAdoo, and RylanWilson, 22, of 262 Main St., Conyngham, with disorderly conduct after officers found them in the area of the Carbon County Environmental Education Center just after 5 p.m. on March 13.
Police said both had an illegal substance on them.
