Carbon man cited for criminal mischief
A Carbon County man has been cited for criminal mischief for an incident that occurred about 5:16 p.m. on Monday at 2195 Stoney Ridge Road, in Lower Towamensing Township.
State police at Lehighton said Andrew Orach, 23, of Palmerton, reported he and Brad Sell, 45, also of Palmerton, had a verbal altercation which at some point led to Sell breaking the driver's side window of Orach's vehicle. An investigation resulted in the charge being filed against Sell, troopers said.
