Author David Joachim to sign books at winery

Galen Glen Winery, 255 Winter Mountain Drive, Andreas, will welcome award-winning author David Joachim for a book signing event from noon to 3 p.m. July 9 and July 10.

His latest book, "Williams-Sonoma Grill School," will be available for purchase and Joachim will be autographing copies.

The winery will be offering a pairing of award-winning white wine with a recipe from the book. No reservations are required.

Joachim is a resident of Center Valley and has been in the publishing business for 20 years as a writer, editor and collaborator. He has won numerous awards and is a New York Times best-selling author.

Joachim teaches cooking classes and has educated aspiring chefs at Drexel University, The Viking Cooking School, The Ritz Carlton and Williams-Sonoma.
