Arrest made in Schuylkill break-in
An arrest has been made in a Schuylkill County burglary.
State police at Frackville said Daniel John Wylie, 46, no address given, has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possessing instruments of crime for a break-in at the Locust Valley Bar & Grill, located in Ryan Township, that occurred on May 31 about 6:20 p.m.
Troopers said the arrest of Wylie for the incident was the result of numerous investigative efforts. Wylie was arraigned before District Judge Christina Hale, of Frackville, and committed to the county prison in Pottsville after failing to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
