Man wanted in Shamokin stopped

A 21-year-old Shamokin man wanted in his home county on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia was stopped by police at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 80 westbound.

State police at the Lehighton barracks did not reveal the name of the man who they stopped at mile marker 266.4 westbound.
