Crash suit
Kevin Meckes, 427 Center St., Apt. 2, Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Ann Marie Rodriguez, 899 N. First St., Lehighton, over an automobile crash.
The suit states on March 14, 2015, Meckes was southbound on North First Street in Lehighton when, it is alleged, Rodriguez pulled from a parking space into Meckes' lane of travel, causing a crash. The suit alleges Meckes suffered injuries, which are detailed in the suit. Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
