Break-in, vandalism reported in Mahoning

Mahoning Township Police are investigating an act of vandalism that was recently carried out at a township home.

Township police said that at 11:15 a.m. Feb. 27, police received a report of a break-in and vandalism at a home in the 1000 block of Mahoning Mountain Road.

The owner entered the home to find someone had broken in.

The inside of the front door was sealed with spray foam, preventing it from opening.

Some of the walls were also covered in spray foam.
