Schuylkill driver facing DUI count
A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
State police at Frackville said Jams Evans, 51, of Girardville, was stopped at the intersection of Second and Ogen streets in Girardville. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test showed Evans was over the legal limit. Charges will be filed.
