Night with the Nurses

Heritage Hill Senior Community, 800 Sixth St., Weatherly, welcomes caregivers across the area for a Night with the Nurses at 6:30 p.m. March 31.

Laura Sitch, site administrator at Hazleton Cancer Treatment Center, board certified radiation therapist and medical dosimetrist, will speak about "Radiation Therapy: What is it, how does it work, and what about side effects?"

Attendees will have the chance to interact with each other, discuss problems, get tips, and learn from each other and from nursing professionals how they can better care for senior parents or family members.

Light refreshments will be served for those attending.
