Prom, Wedding Dress Sale

Blue Ridge Communications eighth annual Prom & Wedding Dress Sale will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.

"People can expect to find beautiful dress for any event, prom, wedding, mother of the bride all for a very reasonable price," says Julianne Brixius, marketing and public relations coordinator for Blue Ridge Communications.

"All dresses are just $10 each. It's a fun event that also supports a great cause with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting Dream Come True, Blue Ridge Chapter."

Over the past eight years the event has raised thousands to help children who are seriously, chronically or terminally ill and living in the greater Lehigh Valley area.
