Tamaqua man cited for loud party
A Tamaqua man was cited after his March 13 party disturbed his neighbors.
Tamaqua police were dispatched to 323 W. Broad St. at 4:28 a.m. for a noise complaint. Loud music and voices raised to be heard above the music were coming from apartment 3, rented to James W. Freiling, 33.
Freiling was cited for violating the borough's noise ordinance.
