Drunk man sleeping in yard faces charges
A Lansford man was found sleeping in a Summit Hill yard after he apparently drank too much.
According to Summit Hill police, at 12:55 a.m. March 12, police received a report of a suspicious person trying to enter a residence on East Fell Street.
When officers arrived at the home, they found Robert Lee Clifford III, 22, of 446 E. Bertsch St., lying in the yard fast asleep. Clifford was heavily intoxicated and was charged with public drunkenness.
