Summit Hill man charged with assault
A Summit Hill man has been charged with simple assault and harassment following an incident last month.
According to Summit Hill police, officers received a call at 4:32 p.m. Feb. 27 about a domestic dispute at a residence on Market Street.
The woman at the residence reported she was assaulted by Brian Eck, 37, of 46 E. Ridge St.
