He weighed 6 pounds, 10.5 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
Philip was welcomed home by a sister, Lillian Gallagher, who is 3 years old.
Maternal grandparents are Robert and Michele Heckman, of Lehighton. Paternal grandparents are Diane Gallagher of Lansford, and the late Philip Gallagher Jr.
