Man charged with disorderly conduct
Summit Hill police charged Seth Krynock, 20, of 15 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, with disorderly conduct following an incident on March 23.
Police received a report just after 9 p.m. of a person, later identified as Krynock, making a loud noise with his all-terrain vehicle, which was bothering residents in the neighborhood.
