Summit Hill woman cited for harassment
A Summit Hill woman was cited for harassment following an incident in the borough last month.
According to Summit Hill police, at 1:56 p.m. on April 25, officers received a call from a resident stating that Ann Marie Derby, 52, of 9 W. Holland St., was making derogatory statements to her.
